Caramelized leeks & lardon, fennel & green cabbage “kimchi”, raspberry oil

House-made Gnocchi

Mint purée, house-made ricotta, sun-dried tomato oil

Double Chocolate Mousse

Dark & white chocolate, with strawberry granita
